Exchange and Return Policy

Returns
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Receipt Required: A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
Time Frame: Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Bring your item and receipt to any Shahzad Sheikh location. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Online

Package the item securely and include the return form.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
